Aciloc 150mg tablets ( Ranitidine )

Aciloc 150 tablets are used to treat active duodenal ulcers and benign gastric ulcers. Also used long-term for the prevention of duodenal ulcers, recurrent postoperative ulcers, and gastric hypersecretion, as well as for acid-aspiration pneumonitis during surgery. By reducing acid production in the stomach, Aciloc 150mg tablets effectively treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome symptoms.

Important information

Make sure you are not allergic to Aciloc 150mg before taking it. If you have liver or kidney problems or other health issues, you should use the drug with caution and only with a prescription.

The use of Aciloc can increase the risk of succumbing to pneumonia, which is characterized by fever, chest pain, coughing, and breathing problems.

During breastfeeding, this medication can pass through breast milk, so use only under prescription and strictly follow your doctor's instructions.

How does it work?

It contains Ranitidine, which belongs to the medicine group known as histamine (H2) receptor blockers. Specifically, it inhibits the action of the H2 receptors present in the gastric parental cells. As a result of this mechanism, this drug inhibits gastric acid secretion and reduces acid production. As a result, it prevents damage and stress-induced ulcer problems.

Dosage Indication

To receive the full benefit of Aciloc 150mg tablets, they should be taken in the exact amount and duration prescribed. Your doctor will prescribe the right dose based on the severity of your condition.

Let the effervescent tablet dissolve inside your body by swallowing it whole with a glass of water, without chewing or crushing it.

If you stop taking the drug before the ulcers heal completely, you won't be able to treat your problem. If used with caution, this drug can heal ulcers properly and completely after 8 weeks of treatment courses.

Avoid overdosing by not forgetting any of its doses and consuming it as soon as possible. If you forget any of its doses, avoid taking it close to the next scheduled dose.
