During this process, it may also have some minor allosteric calcium channel blocking properties. Thus as a smooth muscle relaxant, it relieves the contraction associated with the abdomen smooth muscles.

Dosage Indication

Take Drotin tablets in exact dose and duration as suggested by your doctor. You should take this tablet 20 minutes before a meal to relieve or reduces the post-meal symptoms but if you do not have such a problem, you can take it with or without food, This tablet is orally taken by mouth with a glass of water.
